Where Do I start?

Your first experience at P1 Pilates Oran Park should feel welcoming and encouraging. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff who will help you get settled in. Our instructors take time to explain the equipment and movements, ensuring that you feel confident and prepared. 
 
During class, our skilled instructors provide guidance on technique and adjustments, creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels supported. Whether you’re here to build strength, relieve stress, or simply move your body in a way that feels good, we are here to guide you every step of the way. 
 
After class, feel free to stay and chat with fellow members or connect with your instructor about any questions you may have. We value community, so don’t hesitate to introduce yourself and make new friends.

 

​If you're in a hurry after a session and need to freshen up, we have shower facilities available in the bathrooms located on the ground floor.

What is Clinical Pilates?

Clinical Pilates are classes tailored to meet the needs of individuals who may have injuries, musculoskeletal issues, or specific health conditions and concerns. Clinical Pilates is adapted by a physiotherapist or trained practitioner to address an individual's unique needs, such as improving posture, strength, flexibility, and balance while also rehabilitating injuries, recovering from pregnancy or managing chronic conditions.

What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic form of Pilates performed on a specialised piece of equipment known as the Reformer. It uses a sliding carriage, adjustable springs, and pulleys to add resistance and support, making it ideal for building strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance. Reformer Pilates is highly effective for improving posture, increasing core stability, and enhancing overall body alignment.
