What is Clinical Pilates?
Clinical Pilates are classes tailored to meet the needs of individuals who may have injuries, musculoskeletal issues, or specific health conditions and concerns. Clinical Pilates is adapted by a physiotherapist or trained practitioner to address an individual's unique needs, such as improving posture, strength, flexibility, and balance while also rehabilitating injuries, recovering from pregnancy or managing chronic conditions.

What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a dynamic form of Pilates performed on a specialised piece of equipment known as the Reformer. It uses a sliding carriage, adjustable springs, and pulleys to add resistance and support, making it ideal for building strength, flexibility, and muscle endurance.
